Have a new born ball, about 1 week old, has poor body control, lethargic and seems to tie itself in a knot, as if does not know how to control it's body. today i found it upside down and thought it was dead but it is not.

2 syblings seem to be quite allright, they are all together in one container.

Any ideas, suggestions?
