Unopened bags?

Kingofspades Jun 28, 2006 11:53 PM

So I'm debating hitting the white plains show to see if anyone is selling any unsorted Ghana bags.

What are the odds of getting something other than normals?
So far I've seen quite a few people pulling pastels, yellowbellies and even black pastels out of their import shipments.

How many of these "unsorted" bags are actually unsorted?

I really hope you arent going to be buying "unopened" bags of baby balls from africa. First off they would be bush babies by now or half dead or they are lying to you and put babies from a month ago or more back in the bag and are telling you they are unsorted.

The time for baby balls from africa is over, hatching is done.

and one other thing.. When you saw pictures posted of people having pastels, cinnys etc, they werent from normal unsorted bags, but from "special" bags sent direct from the exporter to the importer. There wont be any pastels and cinnys and almost never yellow bellies in any unsorted bag.

You will find partial black and gold stripes, low quality granites, bandeds, ringers, high golds etc. But thats it, you will not find any known morph that has any real value. Now you could find clear bellies and marker bellies and never know you could produce a new morph or white snake from 2 identical looking "normal" animals

good luck

See, that's why I asked. I was unaware of this information.
Thanks.

Perhaps I'll just get some het albinos instead.
