He was purchased as a type II anery nic. It was hard to tell from the pics. He certainly doesn’t look like your typical Type II. I don't think he is. I'm okay with that as I didn't pay the normal Type II price and went into the deal knowing I was taking a chance. We got some SLIGHTLY better pics, but we're not that great with the camera either. Please take a gander and tell me what you think he is or isn't.
Thank you!

Sorry but I would have to say no...NOT an Anery. One of your pics Kinda makes it look anery, but the closeup of the face, where there is PINK on the chin and cheeks....that rules out the Anery in my book. Beautiful Nic though...but in my opinion it can't be an Anery with any Pink or Peach on it...

Thank you for the compliment!
That's EXACTLY what we thought, too. My girlfriend spotted the pink cheeks, too and, though I couldn’t see them that well, that made me think not. I'm glad the pink came through. You think he's a nic though?
Thanks again for your response!

Aaron,

I have to agree with David. That's a very nice dark nic, but not definately not anery.

Thanks, Amie!
I appreciate your input as well. I agree with you guys. (Thanks again, Dave!) As long as he's a nic though, I'm happy. It was a chance that I took, but it didn't pay off this time. I still like him. He eats FT off the tongs and is really tame. Man, and SMALL, too! I've bred Colombians and Dums and even as newborns, they're way bigger and fatter than he is at a couple of months old!
We got pics of the other two nics, one of the suris, one of the albinos and an updated pic of one of the anerys also. These are some of the new additions I was telling you about a few posts below. We're having formatting issues, but we'll get them up here as well. We’re still pretty new at this. We got some suggestions on taking the pics after we took them so we'll try to do better next time.
Thanks again, Amie! Good to hear from you!
Aaron

Thanks, Joe!
We didn't have that one up when I sent you the email.
Thanks again for all your help with this one!
I really appreciate it!

I am really getting into these guys...they are just so cute, and there are really so much difference from one to another.
