has anyone bred Mangrove Snake?

jakewise Jun 29, 2006 10:39 AM

Hi, my name is Atsushi Koyama and I'm writing this from Japan.
you might have seen me in other forums.

currently I'm writing up an article on Mangrove Snake(Boiga dendrophila dendrophila) to put up on my website, but I couldn't find any but one website on breeding mangrove snake.

Has anyone successfully bred these snakes before?
Or if you own one, I'd like to see your cage setup for reference.

One website said 42in x 48in x 24in enclosure would do for these snakes, but I'd love to hear a second opinion.

Thank you in advance!

I have a friend from Denmark who has an article on breeding dendrophila. I lost it myself so i'll aks him to send me the file again. Good to hear more from the Japanese herp-keeping community - i know there are many of u there. Pity ur site is in Japanese. Maybe if u have itme u could do an English version.
