Just some outdoor shots....

It was a gorgeous day outside, no rain for a change, so I thought I would shoot a few quick pics of the guys and girls.

First is the 2 new nic girls. They are really looking nice now that they have settled in and are relaxed.

I really appreciate the nice words. I am so new to boas, and I really do welcome any and all comments. It is nice to know that I am doing okay as far as starting out.

And for the question. ATB stands for Amazon Tree Boa. They are really fascinating snakes to keep, and I could watch mine and take pics of them all day long. Hopefully next fall, I will be able to breed them and see what they can do together.

Thanks again and have a SUPER weekend!!

even though they can be a bit nippy I love the personality they have. Really curious and active and never let there guard down for long. I would love to get some again someday just no time or room right now. Nice pics by the way. Good luck Vinnie

Your snakes are all gorgeous! I have ATB's and CA boas as well. My CA female just had her first litter on Monday (15 bouncing baby boas) and one of my adult ATB's is due in about two more months. She's a big, dark red gal who was bred by my patternless greenish male below. The other two pics are of the momma CA when she was heavily gravid and one of the baby CA's. Of course, half the fun of ATB's is you never know what you're gonna get from any given pairing! Fingers crossed for another healthy pregnancy and delivery!

Your nics and ATB are quite beautiful also. That yellow is a real looker. Good luck with the litter due from them, I would love to see pics when they are born. Also congrats on the new nics...the baby is just too cute!!!
