Photos in text post (box with red "X" )

So far I've only posted images using the "easy" photo gallery drop-down method. When I try the "Tools & Toys" method I get a box with a red X when I post or preview . I have no problems using other "Tools & Toys" syntax codes. I've even pasted the location back into my browser and hit "go", it goes straight to my image indicating I have input a valid location code. If I recall, I've seen a few posts with the red X and replies about the snake pictured. Is there some configuration I need to change in my browser. Please let me know if you see a picture of a snake above or a red X. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:

Keep things readable and family‑friendly; staff may edit signatures or posts that affect thread readability.
