Northern Colombian- Major changes!!

INSANECANESLLC Jul 02, 2006 11:35 AM

Ok, thought this was a pretty cool change so I had to share. We picked up a trio of these northern Colombians from Dennis Sargent last year. Us and Dennis are the only ones to have this locality of Colmbians. Anyways, this female has always had some nice yellow coloring to her, but now she's...well...wow! Let me know what ya'll think!

She is a beauty. Do you have any pics of the others? I have seen an anery that resembled her except that it was just black and white.

Here is a pic of all 3 of them together. I think this is from when we 1st got them. I couldn't find any current pics right now.

The one that has changed is the one the right.

I hope that this change lasts....she sure is pretty!

I think it was Daveyfig who had a boa change colors like that. If I remember correctly some people thought there was a health problem. I think he was a little worried about it. I could be wrong here but I figured you would want to know. Very pretty snake though.

Thanks for the comment & the info. As of right now she is still taking food. She's never refused a meal for us (knock on wood) so I'm not too worried that it is bad, but you can bet I'm going to keep an extra eye on her just in case.
