I had taken him and had a fecal done but came back negative. But anyways he just passed away today. I guess it's probably for the best hes not suffering any more. Thanks for the replies to my original message.

Sorry to hear your dragon passed away. If you do want to find out why he died, keep the body refrigerated and ask your vet to do a necropsy.
