mattman15 Jul 03, 2006 07:10 PM

Ive been thinking alot about breeding my leopard geckos. Im equiped to breed them, and I would keep a few, but does anybody know how to find good homes for juvenile leos? Thanks for replying!

Finding them homes can be difficult. Especially if you want some money in return. You can put them in the classified adds or make a web site but without a reputation selling them is tuff. I would suggest you find them homes before you breed. Best of luck to you.

You might want to look for a well run reptile specialty store in your are. I'm fortunate enough to live near two, and I've bought from them and sold them animals several times. Otherwise, having homes for the babies before they hatch is an efficient way to find them good homes.

when i bred my beardies, i contacted several larger scale reptile breeders that go to shows frequently and one of the breeders agreeded to buy all of the babies from me and then sell them at the show. he marked the price up a bit at the show so that he made a profit too. maybe this would work for u.
