sick leopard gecko

my female leopard gecko has been regurgitating meal worms and has been feeding less and has defecating liquid that looks like water(that smells really strong) she eats but she has become very inactive i just want to know what is wrong with her and how i can help her recuperate

That could be a sign of Crypto, which is deadly without treatment. How long have you had her? Do you have a herp vet?
If you have ohter reptiles, be very cautious to wash your hands well before and after handling her so they don't become infected as well.
Hopefully, she just needs to be wormed or something and she will recuperate.

Take her to the vet! and get a fecal sample check done. watery stools can be a sign of a parasite.
