My 3 year old female nelson's has been refusing meals for the last several weeks. Prior to this, she has never turned down a meal. Should I be concerned? She was feeding regularly on f/t adult mice. Tried offering her a f/t fuzzy but she didnt' go for that either. All temps are fine and she looks/acts healthy.

Any chance she is gravid? That may seem like a stupid question but many females will stop eating a couple of weeks before they lay their eggs.
If you're sure its not that, then just keep an eye on her and as long as her weight is good, don't worry too much. Alot of my snakes go on and off feeding at strange times. Wait a while and keep trying smaller food items like you mentioned.
At one point, my adult female nelson's would only take small fuzzies or rat pinks.
