is taht safe??? he doesnt even look truly formed yet. i hope its healthy and does wel cause it does have a killer pattern but i think his face looks totally messed up. also whats in the other egg, a burm???? are you incubating different clutches togehter? just wondering
this was an egg that fell out of the clutch from a female retic naturally incubating her eggs, so I pitched in the incubator with the cinammon burm eggs. And yeah, not sure about that face, but we'll see. Some of the face is albumen that needs to be wiped off later. It's still attached to the egg and still (obviously) in the incubator.
I think it looks pretty neat..and I thought the head in the backround looked awfully like a burm
