I have heard that if snakes grow too fast they can get "small head syndrome." Do you think Hope has a small head?

I have been wondering if my snow corn is too fat, she has no neck, and i think she is too think further down on her body, I feed her once a week an appropriately sized meal, and she is very active and healty, should i worry

Misty, I'll take some pics if my sister will let me use her camera, I need to take some anyways, but I'll make a big effort just for you!!!!she is just so thick in comparison to all the other cornsnakes i have seen in person..
