Iris CB 110 racks

rainbowsrus Jul 05, 2006 01:07 AM

Hey all, I assembled my first of two racks for the Iris CB 110 tubs. This beast is a monster, 10 slots high and very heavy. Overal dims are 22" x 40.75" x 75". I knew it would be heavy and bought very good casters, double wheel 200 lb rating. The casters are great and are able to hold all that weight, too bad the bottom shelf was not so strong. When I stood it up, the back end broke through the melamine at the pocket hole screws. Fortunately the design was about an inch wider than necessary for the tubs, that along with the tub taper allowed me to add some brace strips to the sides above the first shelf, now the bottom shelf is holding just fine.

I'll post some pics later when I finish them.
