I'm interested to see what techniques other Dum keepers use when breeding them. I reduce photoperiod from 15-7 hours a day in September and continue this until early December. I only start introducing the male in mid-late December. This method gave me no slugs and 9 healthy young so I cant see how a different approach would improve things. However I have heard reports of breeders introducing during the cooling period - I'd be very interested to see what results this method has had?
