I thought the same thing. If you'll look again, you'll see it's an empty egg. One hatchling has already left the egg.

She's a nice looking girl. Sorry to hear she didn't prove out. Maybe next year. On the positive side, you have a nice clutch of ph babies. Hopefully at least half are females. Good luck with them.

I bred a 100% het albino male to this female that I was told was a het too. I had 7 eggs. 5 males and 1 female because one of the babies died in the egg 2 weeks before hatching but it was probably a male too. And the female didn't prove out. I'm still hoping her black back trait proves genetic though so something good can happen with her. She's too hot to not be more than just an awesome normal.

Ya man. She is definately pretty. Good luck with that project.
