how fo you know if a milk snake is pregnant. and when do eastern milksnakes usually lay their eggs?

Look at the ventral surface ( belly ) to see if its fat or roundish when the snake has not eaten also the scales may look stretched. They lay eggs in the wild around june I guess or about 6 weeks after copulation.
