Hey all,
I recently rescued a 4 year old female mali uromastyx from a friend of a friend, who clearly didn't know what they were doing. They had her in a ten-gallon aquarium and were feeding her nothing but romaine lettuce. I'm kind of suprised she made it as long as she did. Anyway, I've had her for a little over a month now, she's in a 70 gallon tank with plently of room to move around, UVB light, 120 degrees basking spot, the works. She's very docile, but smaller than I would expect a four year old to be, she's probably only about seven inches long, tail included. She's gained a lot of weight since I've had her, which is good. So far, I've been feeding her mustard greens, peas, the occasional slice of apple, etc. Anyone else have any good feeding suggestions? I'm just curious about what yours like. Any other pieces of advice that you can dish out would be appreciated. Thanks!
Kevin
