O/T Canyon and Echo * New additions

This beautiful pair of super colorful Granite Spinys came also last week while I was dealing with the sick pups. I wanted to show you guys, they are so pretty.

Canyon, the male has a magnificent purple strupe down his back, and gorgeous turquoisey colors that just POP. The female Echo, is just a s lovely she also has a purpley strip not as deep a purple but puple just the same and her turquoise also shimmers and her yellows , they look irredesant.

I have and breed Emerald swifts, but have alwasy admired the granite spinys beauty as well, so when I saw them I snatched them up. I got the pair from my friend and fellow reptile lover, Steve Bozsik.

I can't wait to see some little granite spinys one day soon, what a colorful show they will put on.
This pic does not even show how bright and gorgeous they are, I just have not had the time to get better pics (YET)

There HOT right now.. did you see the newest reptile mag with the beauitful swift on cover and spiny's inside. I used to have a spiny lizard. They have to be one of the more aggressive or High strung lizard Ive ever seen in my time. Always running around, mine used to crawl all over the cage upside down. He would ever fall asleep hanging from the top. Crazy lizard I tell you. LOL But Very very cool!

I have not got my Reptile mag in the mail yet, probably in the next couple days. Yeah glad they did a piece on swifts. I like them, I also breed Emeralds, and they like to climb all over too.
I have them in a 65 gallon reptarium and they use every inch. They both hang upside down, as do the granites.

Heres my male emerald, the Grinch.
