recently two of my bearded dragons have been growing this light blue fungus like thing on their heads. i think that one of them passed it on to the other and since then its been spreading. does anyone know what this stuff is???

Don't know if this could even be a possibility, but if what your dragon has is fungal, it needs to be treated and if there are any husbandry issues (cage too humid, etc.) they need to be corrected too.
Scan down to "ailments"...not described as "light blue" though...

I haven't heard of bearded dragons getting a 'blue fungus' on them but too damp cages can cause mold to grow on them. ALso, one kind of fungus I do know bearded dragons can get, called yellow fungus, can look bluish once it starts to build up in a spot.
A picture of your dragon showing the blue fungus would be helpful. Below is a link to an article about yellow fungus, and pictures of several dragons who have it.
