I recently took over care of the reptiles and amphibians at my community college, and I noticed that our pacman has swollen white sacs at the bottom of each eye. I also noticed tiny little things swimming around (they seem to be arthropods of some sort) so maybe they have something to do with the eye condition.

Any ideas? As soon as I get a hold of a camera I'll take some pictures (shouldn't be too long).
