Beefy (southern ringneck) went off pinks just before laying, so I figured she had enough of them. I continued to offer large green tree frogs and she took them with gusto. For kicks yesterday I had some defrosted pinks handy and scented them with a green tree frog and presented one to her. Wamo. Then she proceeded to take down 3 more and actually consumed all 4 pinks in less then 15 minutes. This is her with the 4 pinks just moments after she ate them all. I guess she is back to her old self. She wanted more but I was concerned she would throw-up to whole lot, so I stopped at 4. I have not measured her but I think she must be around 16 inches or more? I will measure her after she digests.

You are without a doubt, a VERY accomplished herper. From the MANY different species you have such success with, you make all of us very green with envy. I hope to someday have at least a small measure of your success. Here is a pic of my first captive breeding, born on Father`s Day of this year, Agkistrodon contortrix pictigaster. She will cost you a bundle if she keeps eating 4 pinks each meal, It's nice to see her back to the size where she suppose to be.
