Shayna,
Last year I used Super Worm farm for my feeders. I liked that they were in PA, and being in New Jersey, I got my shipments the next day. I used them for close to a year, until after the fourth time they screwed up an order. The first three times were little annoyance screw ups, but the final straw was when they didnt properly package and crickets were getting out of the box. I used to get my deliveries at work so that they wouldn't sit on my porch until I got home, but thanks to the poor packing, crickets were running around the mail room at work, and I was told that I couldn't receive them at work any longer. Also, shipping was very inexpensive when I first started to use them, but then they raised the price, and were no longer the "best value". I switched to Russels live bait, out of Georgia. It takes a day longer to get but the customer service and quality are 100 times better. First thing I noticed was that the number of crickets I received was higher, even though the ordered amount was the same. The second, and most important thing I saw was that the crickets from Russells were healthier and lasted longer. 1000 crickets from Russells last twice as long as 1000 from Super worm farm simply because they weren't dieing off as fast as the ones from SW farm. Just my experiences that I thought I would share, nothing against the folks at Super worm farm, but I don't plan on ever using them again.
