My Bearded Dragon

Jhenderson Jul 08, 2006 08:46 PM

Hey you all I just bought a bearded dragon and i have its cage setup to guidlines such as lighting and temps ect. But i have a few questions if someone will help me out with them.
1. How do i water him i saw a site and it said spray it on its head or water the leafy greens and in some cases they drink out of water bowls- But i want the correct way to do this because he is young and im a novice owner. so the question is how to i water my bearded dragon with a spray bottle or any other way?
2. Also what i the right temps i think i have them down but i would like to know the right ones i.e cool spot/hot spot and rock?
3.How many crickets do i feed him those 2-3 times a day?
4. Can i feed him canned green beans?
Keep in mind im a novice and have a great day.

Check out the caresheets. Your temps depend on how old your beardie is. Younger ones reqiure higher temps. And he should be allow to eat as many as he can in 10-15 minutes, however many crickets that is. Check out this site also, its really is a great one! They are really helpful when it comes to beardies.
