Non Feeders

I am looking for some other ideas to get some non feeders eating... i have tried many things but most still are not working...
I have tried pinks, live and frozen
fuzzies live and frozen,
split heads and chicken broth...
all are being kept in seperate delicups with a perch...
Any more ideas would be helpful.. thanks
