AH. Single egg found on repti-bark

Buddy25 Jul 09, 2006 10:57 AM

I own a pair of gonatodes(or yellow headed gecko)(3 inch geckos), and today while cleaning the cage, I discovered a single egg on the repti-bark...well. WOW, thats neat, the eggs the size of the females head, LOL...that must have been painful...

Anyways, the egg looks like it is in perfect shape, however it looks almost blute tingish. I'm not sure if that means its infertile, or dead,...or maybe thats the colour of the egg. What do I do with the egg!!?? I also am doubting it will even hatch, because the gonatode heat lamp burnt out two days ago, and I haven't been able to buy an other until today, and i have no idea how long that eggs been sitting there.

Thanks, for any input, comments, etc.
