estimated market value......

joshhutto Jul 09, 2006 02:50 PM

I'm contemplating adding a bumblebee to my collection. however, I think one het for ghost would be a much wiser purchase. I'm sure there will be some produced this year and was wondering what everyone thinks the "market" price will run on these. I've probably estimated wrongly but thought from the actual sell prices of bumblebee's and ghosts probably around the 12-15k range. What does everyone else think the price will be when they are made available?

actually most female's put up for sale are in the $7500 range but I'm sure sell for less, I've seen bees sell for less than $6000 this year already.

Better check those classifieds again. There is more than one listed price at the $5k level. Cash prices in person have been even lower.

Just watch the market values after Datona. All through September the prices on ALL the morphs will be severely lower.

Just one man's prediction.

I actually read your post. I feel that the price of a Bumble Bee het Ghost should be close to the 12k figure. If you want it early you should find one for that price, cash. If you want to wait a while you may find one for less but it may not gain the size you may need by late breading season.
