No Photos??? Does he/she has loose skin or is thin looking its not good. Limbs and body should not have folds of loose skin. What is it eating and how much? If he is eating alot and is still very skinny then it might be some kinda of parasite. PLZ post a photo!
I just go him yesterday. He is'nt full grown yet. He seems to be eating good he eat a few crickets. He kind of looks like he's going to shed. The other one (the female) i got yesterday just shed this morning, she has some rinkles.here is a pic sorry for the crapy cam.

Looking at the pic, he need more food. back legs looking skinny and waist area before back legs looks pretty bad. you can see back bone. I would take them to a reptile vet!
No, that lizard is emaciated, and does not look good at all. It is not uncommon to find wild caught lizards in this kind of shape in the pet stores. I have managed to nurse many of them back to health that looked like this, but you've got your hands full. If you want them to live, then I agree, they definitely need to be seen by vet familiar with reptiles. They need to be deparasitized (Panacur and Flagyl are recommended), and they need to be well fed, including calcium and natural sunlight if at all possible. Considering how emaciated that lizard is, I would consider tube feeding for a while to get weight back on him more quickly. If you want need help on tube feeding, email me privately and I will tell you how.
Good luck,
élan
