Well I am pretty much only 2 sets of eggs more experienced then you, so take it with a grain of salt. I would remove the eggs, put them in some sort of incubator (I used glad disposable tupperware with vermiculite that I got at ACE hardware). I seperated my eggs, I don't know if that is necessary. The main thing I think is you want to make sure the unfertilized eggs don't stay globbed onto the fertile eggs. The unfertile ones tend to get fungus and rot pretty quickly. My clutches have been pretty obvious which are fertile and which are not, the fertile ones were white and the non-fertile were kinda clearish and brown. I just left the nesting box in the cage for a few days afterwards and didn't get anymore eggs. So I took it out and gave her a mouse that she gobbled up (I think this is another sign that she is done). I am sure this will all get corrected by the people that know what they are doing

ok but i jus dont wanna disturb her while she's laying. How do i handle that?

just open it up and take eggs out. she might push her coils at you but it is not really that big of a disturbance. you should try feeding her at the same time. if you leave the eggs in too long they might start to dehydrate, ive even heard stories of females eating the eggs before they could be removed, so just dooo it, doo it do it
