help with bedding

i have a baby sulcata and i use the eco earth bed a beast stuff, its either too dry or too damp and its really messy its gets in his water bowl and food. i read that hachlings can dehidarate really fast so to use a bedding that has high humidity but is there somting else that will work? thanx

I've always used dirt/soil (Cheap stuff from Lowes/Home Dept Costs $.99) if your worried about him dehydrating mist it with a spray bottle daily or you could get a large shallow watter bowl and place it under the heat light (if you're using one)
