Nice little Leopard litter....

Amanda_Burke Jul 10, 2006 04:34 PM

This is our first Leopard X Leopard litter and I am super excited about them. These guys are incredible because they are all so unique...I can't wait for them to shed! They have so much potential and it will be really fun to see the color morphs combined with this pattern.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks! We haven't gotten a good headcount yet because we don't like to move them until they have their first shed, but it was a small litter...the male that fathered the litter was young and far from an enthusiastic breeder and as a result we ended up with alot of slugs. Next year, I'm sure he'll be more gung-ho! lol But, we are very lucky that she didn't give birth prematurely to the viable babies due to the high slug count...they are all perfect!

Thanks Andy! We have Dbl het Leopard/High Contrast Albinos (to make Albino Leopards) from last year and this year we are hoping to have Hypos het for Leopard and Albino to produce Sunglow Leopards. I can't wait to see what they'll look like! Too bad the dbl het projects take soooooo long before we can see the results! lol I'm a little impatient!

Big congratulations to you guys on that litter! I LOVE Leopard Boas and how unique and variable each one is! Leopard Boas are definitely one of my favorite morphs and sometimes I love the hets. as much as the Leopards themselves!

Thanks,
Celia
