I am so excited, couldn't get this little guy to eat anything but earthworms so I took her off feed for almost two weeks, scented a very large pinky today and she got it down. In hindsight the pinky was way too big, but in the pet shop it really didn't seem too big. It took her about an hour and a half to get it down but she seems comfortable now. This picture was taken about a month or so ago when I got her.

That's great news. I always feel such a sense on accomplishment when I get a new snake onto mice When feeding a relatively large prey item to a garter I kill it before offering it to the snake. This usually greatly speeds up the feeding process.

I hope she continues taking them for you. Once you get her to take a couple, you can start cutting down on how much you scent.
