Hi,
I'm not sure anyone has much experience specifically with scarlet snake eggs. I would bet they incubate just like other colubrid eggs - on a damp, but not wet, medium at temps in the low 80s. The way I do it is to mix vermiculite and water until the vermiculite just barely holds together when you squeeze it, and then put the eggs in little depressions in the vermiculite in a closed box either in an incubator or a shelf in a warm room, and wait.
Please post how things work out - I think more than one of us would like to have scarlet snake eggs to incubate.
Also, did you breed them or are these from a female gravid when you got her?
Thanks,
Billy
