I don't but I have him in sand and I wanted to know if if there is a cure.(just curious)

I don't know of any cure...but if you are lucky and the impaction isn't too bad, it can sometimes be freed up by giving the gecko a warm soak and a bit of oil....but you have to be very lucky.
