Heard the local pet shop had some HL's,thought son and I might run over to see what they had.(out of curiosity)Walked up to the counter,two small HL's were in a like two gallon aquarium, with a really small spot,not sufficient to heat it at all.As we walked up I said "we heard you had a few HL's thought we might come up and see what you had".She slapped the side of the tank hard,they sorta moved.I said "that'll stress them out, which could kill them!!!!" she said " well that's what everyone does".Man, ya can't keep a hundred of these things,but seeing this is really bad.She said some lady had them on hold but they pulled it because she did not show up.I gave her my number and said that if anyone buys them and needs to know how to take care of them to give me a call.She said ok, but we just give them a couple crickets now and then,thats all they need.So I gave her the ant speach.The trouble is,I know as you all do,this happens way to much!!be careful out there,scott.
