Hi Sean,
Yes, that exceptionally wide banded eastern is a sibling to the female I posted yesrterday. He is from the same Statenville Ga x Tifton Ga. pair that is pictured immediately to his left on Keith's site. As you have seen, the parents are very typical Georgia animals, yet with every clutch, one or two very orange and/or aberrant animals hatch out. This year is no exception, the clutch emerged from their eggs this weekend and while most are very typical black and yellow/creme with orange highlights, I do have one or two wide-banded florescent knockouts.
"Frank the Tank" is an awesome snake! He is growing very rapidly due to a seemingly unquenchable appetite. Without fail, every time I open his cage he flies out, mouth open, demanding food. His tail tip is scarred from him chasing and trying to consume the snake that keeps following him (himself of course). I have come running, on more than one occasion, to a violent thrashing sound in the snake room only to find this jacka$$ trying to swallow his own tail. In 26 years of snake keeping I have never seen that behavior. "The Tank" is due to shed today, I'll post new pics as soon as he does. Later.
Will
