Where can I post a WANT add?
I was just wondering where would be some places to post an add for a snake that I want. Any feedback would be great. Email me if you can't post. Thanks

You can always post a request for information in a forum and ask "Who is working with... (insert snake name/morph). Then when people post replies, you can contact them via e-mail.

There is a "Wanted" section in the classifieds. Scroll down past all the animal ads and the section that has the Cages/Heat ads. It is right above the big red Canada Ads sign. It isn't quite as busy as the other animal classifieds, but I bet it's worth trying. You could also post it in the cornsnake classifieds, I have seen a lot of want ads there. Hope you get whatever you're looking for!

Thank you to all who responded. I would put a want ad in kingsnake, but you have to pay for it. I can understand having to pay for ads if you are selling something, but why charge for people who put in want ads. Is kinda dumb to me.

hey, thanks to everyone who responded and emailed me.
I actually got REALLY lucky. I posted on www.craigslist.com under their wanted section and got a response the next day. There was someone in my area that wanted to sell their snakes. It turns out he was within a mile of my house!! I ended up getting a breeding pair of bloodreds for less than I paid for my adult male!!! The female had clutched recently, so was very skinny, but I am working on fattening her up. The guy also had a pair of blizzards that had mated, so he had eggs. He asked if I could incubate them, and offered me some of the babies. I think it worked out as a great deal!!
I am sure I will have pictures to post soon!!!
