Thanks so much...

Almost all of NC laws are by county. The state is working on a state exotix animal law and the herp society is involved.

The dragon should be no problem. What kind of turtle? raliegh has a herp show every May and Sept.

I use small plastic animal carriers( for a ferrit or kitten) for my dragons when travelling in a car. You might secure them with a tie down or belt for added safety.

4 RES's....
I think it will be Wake Co. (whichever one holds both Raleigh and Durham)....do you live in NC presently?

I am in VA Beach VA nest to the border. We have alot of iguana members in NC. We merged the two rescues. Durham is in Durham County.

I think the turtles are OK, BUT you can't sell them.
