Pewter Pastel x Pastel/Normal

rsk7405 Jul 14, 2006 11:19 AM

Hello, I was just wandering as I have seen alot of recent posts about the Silver Streak. What are the possible ratios for a breeding of a Pewter Pastel x Pastel and a Pewter Pastel x Normal. Would the first breeding give you 50% Pewters, 25% pastels, 25% black pastels, and 25% Siver Streak? The second breeding 50% pewters and 50% normals. I may have answered my own question, but just wanted a breeder's opinion. Thanks for all replies !!!

First breeding Pewter X Pastel your Punnett squar would have 16
possible results as follows:

4 Pastel Jungles
2 Super Pastel Jungles
2 Cinnamons
4 Pewter Pastels
2 Sterling Pastels
2 Normals

Second Breeding Pewter X Normal your Punnett squar would have 4 possible results as follpws:

25% Pastel Jungles
25% Cinnamons
25% Pewter Pastels
25% Normals

Hope this helps,
