I live in southern utah and I wanted to go out and photograph gopher snakes and from what i've read they are all over the utah region but i have read at different sites that they are nocturnal and other sites saying diurnal what are they?!? I use to catch them as a kid but never did alot of research on them, also where would be the best place to look for them and at what time of the day?? I'm hoping to maybe post some pics on here for you viewing pleasure if i can find some, thanks to all who reply!
