question for Satan @NERD........

joshhutto Jul 14, 2006 11:47 PM

I have seen one pic of an adult NERD line axanthic and it's the best adult axanthic I have seen. The question is how do they on average turn out and are they compatable with any of the other lines. I've wanted to add an axanthic project to my ever growing collection but I'm nervous about how even the pinacle, VPI line has it's fair share of bad looking adults. Hope you can help me out on this as I need a black and silver beauty or 20 in my racks. Thanks in advance.

>>I have seen one pic of an adult NERD line axanthic and it's the best adult axanthic I have seen.

That line is from a wild banded female axanthic ....

I don't know if it is compatible with ANY other line. My guess is that it would be.

I have only made a few. The ones I did make this far are absolutely gorgous. I do think the VPI is TOP, this line(NERD) may be right up there with it but I have not hatched enough just yet. This season should be good for that stuff. I don't think I have seen an ugly VPI adult yet. Are you sure it was VPI line?

about the bad ones i've seen, at least the people were saying they were still VPI's, but you know how that goes, there are alot of nerd lemon's out there that have a snowball's chance in he!! of being traced back to one of your animals. I'm going to keep my eyes open and who knows, maybe this year or next I'll have me a nice axanthic project going. Thanks for the quick answer and best of luck for the rest of this season.
