I still say its hard to beat a really clean normal sinaloan. Here is an 05 female, Cosala locale. Her colors really are as good as the photos look.

brother! Nothing beats wild-type locality triangulum. That female is looking super nice, I can't wait to pick up a pair from Wayne this year.

....and am I the only one here that thinks designer snakes are ugly ?

that would pretty much be it. Someday, when breeders decide to have competitions, comparing various reptiles to each other to determine the closest to perfection (like we do with almost all other animals; dog shows, cat shows, pidgins, canaries, budgies, etc…), this one could be used as the model to write the standard for all other Sinaloan Milksnakes. I am partial to aberrance, but I do admire a well-marked & colored normal too.

Sins are definately my favorite, those wide red bands are just to much for me. And that is one nice sinaloan, has me thinking about getting a pair of the cosalas.

Best,
Vinny

Wow. Some really nice sins you guys have there.

I had one I raised from a hatchling to about 1 year old. It had some difficulty shedding, I had placed it in a container with a little bit of water and turned my back for about 10 minutes to answer my phone. The containers lid must not have been properly secured and he escaped. I never did find him.

.. I could not agree more.
I think after the first time I saw a Sinaloan, I absolutely HAD to have one.
In my eyes, they do not look anywhere as nice with aberrant bands, missing patterns (unless absolute)or even as albinos (with or without aberrancies). Give me a low band count normal Sinaloan any day.
I had some of the muted patterns and aberrancies pop up years ago and immediately got rid of them since I didn't like them. I see nowadays that they are all the rage

...I got as an adult almost 10 years ago. He came with that scar but has help produce some nice babies in the past.
Some of the "white belly" babies came from his line. (I really don't like that trait though )
My largest Sinaloan milk.

Well.. when I got him we noticed this guy had a very light belly and my friend suggested he was a bit different. I dunno about all that, but he has sired a few with "incomplete" rings and therefore a "white" belly. Kind of like many other ssp. I suspect when the rings aren't complete.
I know you've seen some with mostly black bellies, right? Kinda like that..
I'll dig up some pics.
