Sexing

I have 2 leopard geckos that are both at least 1 year old, so far i can't tell whether they are male or female so i assume they are both female. How old do they have to be in order to correctly sex them? Also if one is male and one is female, how old (or heavy) do they have to be in order to mate?

They should be old enough to sex by now.
