messy habits

anafranil Jul 16, 2006 04:38 PM

I have ny adult male iguana for some years now,I have never again faced this problem except three times this week.He pooped when he was out side the enclosure making a huge mess...
I used to be proud of him with how he deals with situations like this, always inside the cage.
I would like you share with me any information you might know..
Thanks in advance

Has there been any changes in his routine or yours? Any new pets? They tend to express themselves sometimes through their poop habits. I temporarily had to keep my Huff in a cat cage inside my girls enclosure. Well he and Dragon bobbed each other a lot. Well I kept finding him with poop on his head. One day I found Dragon climbing on the cage and deliberating pooping on his head. She definitely expressed herself. I talked to her and then I quit finding poop on his head. Know someone whose ig poop paints his desk when upset. Another friend's ig will poop right on the floor next to her tub when she is mad over something.

How old is he? Could he be in season?
