16" baby easterns hatching today .......

these eggs were laied by a 6 ' female and look exactly like indigo eggs, size and shape (not long like racers) anyway heres the first one out showing a lil kink in tail (he must have been too close to the heat source, lets hope the others are stright...heres the pic JB

He's also very light for an eastern, I'd love to see some pictures of the parents, if you've got any.

their chocolate heads from lake whales and no I'm not selling them I had 14 and some have kinked tails so I think Ill release the bad and keep the good and I owe somone a pair so, sorry..next year I should have 3 times the cluch size as I have more females now JB

Shoot...well, they're beautiful snakes anyway...I've never seen any quite that light before, all of the easterns I've seen before have that really dark pattern with the last few inches of them a light tan color. I've got a pair of red westerns myself, great snakes. Anyway, congrats on the babies
