Not a rainbow but...

I have been trying to get my hands on a pair of ringed pythons for a while now. Every time I see a ad and contact the person the whole clutch has already gone. My luck has changed, sorta. I have managed to find someone who was high on females and someone who was high on males, my only regret is that I will have to pay shipping twice. On the bright side the chances of these 2 being related is not good. Just thought I'd share a little story.

Very cool, congratulations. A friend of mine had a pair several years ago. I always thought they were really neat little pythons. Very docile.....good luck.

You might try Tim Frazier. You can contact him through the Kingsnake Other Boas Classifieds. He has an ad posted towards the bottom for Dumerils. I know in '04 he was producing Ringed Pythons (AKA Liasis Boas). He may possibly have a cluth although there isn't a current ad for any. He is an oustanding fellow and trustworthy as well as honest. He also has some ads posted for hypo BCI.....Illiana Reps I believe.

Jonathan,
...A friend of mine used to breed them. He had babies at Orlando and Daytona on my table and sold them for several years but I think he finally sold the adults too. Neat snakes. I really like how bright they are when they are little. The first time I saw Ringed Pythons I was at Tom Crutchfields in Florida maybe 15 or 16 years ago and there was a German there buying all of them that he could find in the country. He was paying over a grand apiece for them.
Jeff

An update: I got the little male in today and when I took him out he was as healthy as could be - feisty too. I was amazed at the colors on this little guy, I mean I had seen pictures but it didn't prepare me for the real thing. All I can hope is that the female comes in the same shape. I am so happy right now that I am beside myself. The female should be coming next week along with a pair of het hypo BRB. Who's excited? ME!!!
