what is the best incubator to buy for chameleon eggs? Or is there a way to make one? Thanks

you can make one out of a tupperware container and some vermiculite, or spend about $40 on a low end, like a hovabator.

look on ebay for a hovabator,i recently bought one and have been incubating gecko eggs in it,so far 100% hatch rate,i gave $39.00 for it and once you set the thermostat it seems to stay right on that temp
