I am looking to buy a corn snake and i was wondering, what is the average price of a regular corn snake?

The prices are going to vary a BUNCH depending on where you "shop" and the size of the snake, among other things. This time of year you might expect to find a normal corn hatchling at a reptile show for around $20...I saw a bunch for $20 at the Ohio show on Saturday, and I'm sure I could have picked one up for $15 if I had wanted to. Check the classifieds & dealers for their prices, which will be a bit higher. Once you figure in shipping, if there are any herp shows that come to your area, that will be your best bet in terms of price. Expect to pay $40-$50 at a pet store (your worst value generally). Again, we're talking about hatchling normals. Other morphs or older snakes will be higher. I got my normals at the Ohio show a few years back for $15 each. Click on EVENTS above to see if any shows come to your area. You should be able to do a little dealing this time of year with so many hatchlings available. Try to get one that looks like it has at least a few meals under its belt as opposed to a tiny, frail, skinny-looking one. Duffy
