Temp to Incubate Great Basin Gopher eggs

jusmebabe Jul 17, 2006 07:30 PM

I caught this girl ( Great Basin gopher) in front of the new BestBuy in my area 2 1/2 weeks ago. It was crawling by the front doors during training.
I brought her home and set her up. She didn't eat during that time. I tossed in a rat yesterday and she didn't eat. I went to get the rat out and it was gone.
In the back corner was a clutch of eggs. She is still laying as I type.
My question is do I incubate at 83f? I have a clutch of Desert kingsnake eggs from a wild caught female from 3 weeks ago incubating at 83f and want to know if I can put those in the same incubator.
Thanx for any input.

In the past I hatched Psacific Gopher snake eggs in the lower 80's - so that should work just fine.
