Some new pics of a few in my collection

Sean Jul 17, 2006 09:53 PM

Got a new flash for my camera and decided to play around with it a little tonight. First shot is a Patternless female Apalachicola King I bought at the Daytona Expo last year. I have no idea of her origin.

Male AK Pierson Hill and I found back in 2003.

The first live King I found out in the ANF back in 2002.

1992 wild caught female I bought from Len Krysko.

And finally, a female I found back in March of this year.

Man I love these kings!

What a great set of kings! Sean, will there be a few under cover in the heat of August or do they go deep in the heat? Hope to spend a day out that way before or after showtime, Daytona!

Thanks Todd! I haven't found one out there since April of this year. Basically it's too hot to find them under cover now but you could be very, very lucky to find one on the road. Good luck!

Nice, but they make me a little sad still.....

I think I like the first and LAST one the best!
That female you bought form Krysko could be the mother of an
F-1 I got form Krysko back in 03'. This girl shows some resemblance to your (Krysko) female: (What do you think?)

Could be. Do you have any idea which parents it is from?

BlueKing Jul 18, 2006 09:17 AM

Not sure. I got this one through a trade from Peter Jolles (ECC), about a year ago. He got her from Krysko as a baby. She's a 03' hatch. I picked up two other ones from Krysko when I went to his house almost three years ago, but I sold those (kinda' wish I hadn't, Lol)
Here's a pic of the only snake I bought at Daytona last year, (also a goini of unknown origin)

Zee, you are SO lucky that Bauserman told me it was a male and I never even bothered to lift her tail!

She would still be here.

Have you probed that patternless to be certain it is a female? When that thing grows up and breeds with Brandon’s axanthic patternless male, I want ALL OF THEM!!! That is my favorite one. Very nice group.

Sean Jul 18, 2006 09:13 AM

Yes it is definitely female. Funny thing is, Pierson Hill bought a patternless one that he thought was male and we had planned to breed the two together. After I looked at his, I thought it looked like a female and what do you know. He probed it and it's a female too!
